M married since 4 yrs, my periods hv been always regular, even after consulting mny dctrs IUI n IVF I still couldn't concieve my amh is 1.54 which is low as I m 25 nw  after ivf my 1st cycle was extremely painful wth very heavy flow, my 2nd cycle was 4 days late n nw my 3rd cycle is 6 days late n today I saw spots n lil bleeding wt shuld I do m I pregnant m worried

Take some gap then start treatment .Try to regulate the menstrual cycle . More weight reduce it .Eat more fruits,dry fruits and vegetables for 6 months .
