Hello, There are many points in the scan. AFI is low but okay. Central placenta previa and breech presentation are important findings. You will require institutional operative delivery (Elective C-section).

There are many things in the scan, first the placenta is still low lying and completely covering the cervical outlet (placenta previa) which will require a caesarean delivery, along with the baby is in breech (buttocks down), which is also an indication for Caesarean. Water level is on the lower side, but that's not the major issue here. If you have previously Caesarean delivery, rule out adherent placenta in this pregnancy (high risk).

Amniotic fluid is ok till 8. More worrying is central placenta praevia and breech. You need an institutional operative delivery.
