Please suggest me we are not ready to plan a baby right now as we have a baby already. My wife got pregnant and it has 7 days more from the time of periods. Please suggest how to control it.

You need to first.  do a Urine Pregnancy Test for her and confirm whether she is pregnant or not ... Once pregnancy is confirmed. You can see any gynaecologist near you for further advice regarding medical termination of pregnancy using medications.
