You have not explained the type of pain . Continuous, or cramping or pricking etc Sometimes , it can be early onset labor( preterm labor ) , due to type of food intake , or due to urinary infection , or stomach ulcers etc. many causes are there . You have to consult your obstetrician as soon as possible .
