Hello, am trying for a pregnancy and missed my period for 13days, on my 13th day I am getting a light brown spot on my Panties i thought my period got started but I have not got my periods but I Have a abdomen cramps and back ache, What is happening in my body, Kindly help out whether I can take home pregnancy or my periods will start.
