Pregnancy issue

1st baby born and died within 3 days . During 2nd pregnancy miscarriage after 4 week and after treatment doctor said to go for HSG test. In test report it's mentioned that Right fallopian tube delineated with contrast and no peritoneal spill.Left fallopian tube not delineated with contrast. No peritoneal spill on both sides. Please suggest.. Thanks..
