Hi, I have pcoc and thyroid problem and in 2022 i had ectopic pregnancy so my right tube is absent. Thenafter i had done hsg test and found my left tube is okay, now i have done IUI , my right ovary dominant follicle 21mm and 15mm other, left tube have 15mm follicle. My question is whether my left tube can pick right ovary dominant follicle and get me pregnant ?

Yes the left you can pick up the egg from the right ovary as there is something that  is called transperitoneal migration of the ovum
