Implantation bleeding followed by regular periods followed by pregnancy all within a month. is it possible. Because on jan 10th 2016 i had implantation bleeding, Jan 16 - 18th i had my regular periods. but feb 1st week found that i am pregnant and feb i missed my periods. So is it possible that i am conceived with the one that implanted on jan 10th? and is it possible to get implantation bleeding followed by periods and a positive pregnancy.

U r mistakingly calling it implantation bleeding. Probably the bleeding must be a result of irregular ripening of the corpus luteum. Ideally missed period should be followed by pregnancy after which comes implantation bleeding
