  4. Pregnancy. Except tiredness, is it fine?

Hello , I have checked my pregnancy thru UTP and it is positive with faint line, my last LMP was 22nd December. I have few questions: 1. I don't feel nauseous, no vomitting sensation, is it necessary to have this symptom? 2. I have cramps like periods, is it okay? 3. I don't feel any more symptoms except tiredness,Is it fine?? Thanks
