Hi doctor, . Every month after ovulation my stomach getting hard and rounded and its make me feel that i am about to get pregnant and i used to have cold and vomiting tendency but its end with menstruation and after that stomach became normal.is it because of fertilization happening but improper implantation.i had a missed abortion in my first pregnancy during 1.5 month.please reply
