From last one month my wife's period is stopped. But suddenly yesterday she noticed that slight vaginal bleeding. Is period start?  or this is something else?

Thank you for your question. If her pregnancy test hasn't been done that's probably the first step if she missed it last month. If its negative it may be her period as you say. If her periods are irregular its best to get her checked by a gynaecologist to rule out other significant problems. Best wishes
