No backache ,no cramping,no tiredness.iam already ok.this means pregnancy??my next period mar-31.every month I have period cramps some days before period.

No one can say whether you are pregnant or not without knowing exact details n history. Wait till 1st april If no periods then just do a urine pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant or not.
