Hi, am 4 weeks pregnant. 2days before, i flew in flight for 4hrs and after landing i felt severe abdominal pain and also bleeding coming only with urine. Whenever i go to pass urine, small thick tissues are coming along with urine. Otherwise there is no bleeding. Is it miscarriage? Please explain me.
