Actually my Lmp is on 30-5-20 I'm hvg symptoms like fatigue, increase in appetite, giddiness ihv done pregnancy test yesterdayI gotlight faint line in test but today morning onwards I'm getting mlid stomachpain and bledding plz tell me isit abortion or else menses
