Please advise 1.Is it required to take Letrozole tablet(2.5mg) for follicular monitoring or can it be done without taking this medicine? 2.Can I take Letrozole in day 3-8 for pregnancy planning and get the ultrasound/follicular monitoring done in subsequent month?

Hi. Follicular monitoring can be done even without Letrizole . But once started the tab should do the monitoring in the same cycle .
