I did my all test,test report  attached my husband has very good sperm count been trying for baby for past 4 months, what would be gone wrong still can't able to get pregnant

it can be as simple as unexplained cause of infertility if everything is normal . just try 3 cycles of ovulation induction with timed intercourse with support of Urine LH or follicular monitoring ,, if it doesn't click, try IUI for 3 cycles
