Pregnancy chances after taking unwanted

Dr. I have taken unwanted 72 within 7 hours on the 24th day after my cycle,After that I have got period 10 days later on 2 days passed my regular date,it stays about 5 days and stopped.Now Can I say that I m not pregnant?or I have to do home pregnancy test to confirm.
