Pregnancy baby heart beat

Dear Team, I am having 47 days of pregnancy but baby heart beat is not visible in ultrasonography of pelvis. Is it a worrying factor as heart beat is not there.  MSD = 17MMS. Kindly advise us what needs to be done.
