Pregnancy avoidance

I m 22 I checked my pregnancy test and it was positive so I took gestapo 1 tablet and I got no bleeding then after 24 hours I took another one..Then I got bleeding only for 12 hours.now there is no bleeding till then.m I pregnant or is it done.please help me doctor

You need to visit gynecologist  ....clinical examination and sonography will confirm
