I'm 25 weeks pregnant and my random blood sugar has come up to 120 is it normal?? Or should I see a doctor asap.

Hello..... is it fasting blood sugar or post prandial blood glucose level.. If it's random blood glucose level it's under control..  Blood glucose will be elevated mildly with pregnancy. You see doctor with  report in your regular sitting..  No need to hurry..  Take care of yourself..
