Pregnancy and sexual knowledge

Yesterday when I was in lovemaking with my GF my penis was wet in precum, maybe sometimes it touched her vagina. I didn't insert. She is on her 4th day after her menstruall? She and I both are virgins. It was our first experience. Is there any chance of pregnancy due to touch in outer side?? And one more thing, my penis was erred for an hour, but when I wanted to insert, it wasn't erect. I tried to erred but it won't. I put a condom on my very semi-hard penis and then tried to erect it. But it won't. When I was rubbing my flaccid penis in her vagina, I ejaculate. Can you please help me with the proper reason, causes, effect, and knowledge? Thanking you.
