Can 8 week pregnancy visible on transabdominal usg ? I took abortion pills got my periods last month and again missed periods this month usg report conveys that I've ovarian cyst on the right side ovary and endometrial thickness my pregnancy test was faint line positive so m i pregnant??? Or its due to cyst gynaecologist i consulted gave me northisterone tablets & uterine tonic M i pregnant???
