Recently had d&c 22 days ago. Took a test last night and a faint positive line. Now having twinges/pinching/cramping sensation and lower back and abdominal pain. Could I be pregnant again? (We have had intercourse a few times starting 5 days after surgery so that isn’t out of the question)

Usually pregnancy test remains positive upto 3 weeks after abortion. Another cause s some retained tissue Do a beta hcg blood test and repeat after 48hrs to know if u r pregnant again or its due to previous pregnancy
