Hi My wife is pregnant from last 3 month currently 4 th month is running. However she always complaints about a lot of pain in her body.. mostly in lower abdomen and pelvic pains alot .also she couldnt get sleep due to sever headaches and body pains. Can you please suggest some tips to get rid of such issues. Thanks
