Hi...we r planning for pregnancy in next 2months. So can I start Amway tri iron folic tablet. This contains folic acid 200mg.pls advice. even I have low iron and hemoglobin . Iron serum 52.93 , range 59-158, transferrin saturation- 12.30 range 20-60.

Iron u can take for Hb build up but iron should  not be take in early pregnancy. Folic acid u should start if u r planning for the baby.
