How sensitive is pregakem kit? Ist that low sensitive? I have taken 2 tests on Monday and today morning but it says negative and I have missed my periods

You cn do a beta hcg blood test because thats the best test to confirm pregnancy.. If thats also negative then definitely you are not pregnant. Causes of missed periods cn be many more too
