Could I store prega news test for 1 month at room temperature in the cupboard Will it be work fine still Give accurate result? Or does it have to be refrigerated

It should be packed and not opened. Keep it in refrigerator compartment for storage (but not freezer), but before using it you should take it outside, wait for it to come back to room temperature and then only open and use it. You shouldn't keep an opened kit anywhere, it is to be used within few minutes.
