Preg test negative but still no periods

My dr has prescribed siphene from last 2 cycles.. my LMP was on aug 28th n I have regular periods of 29-30 days cycle. This month I took siphene n had intercourse on 11th, 13th, 15th day n today I took preg test n it came out negative. What may be the cause for delayed periods?? Or I still have chance to get positive result?
