Hi, one line positive and one faint line means positive. Faintly positive. But you need to do sr beta hcg to confirm the Pregnancy. If positive immediately meet gynaecologist. As  you r telling there r lymph nodes in neck and esr high, if Tb positive, the medication will be under the supervision of gynaecologist. All medicine r not safe in pregnancy. Good luck.

You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations including ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, hormonal profile. do another urine preganncy test and kindly consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
