Please explain how is preeclampsia is treated in pregnancy and what is the best time to deliver the baby if you have preeclampsia.

It depends upon your bp control on medication and also the lab parameters If it's not getting controlled with antihypertensive medications then there is high chance for having fits, in that case delivery early can be done
