My hba1c is 5.7...am i prediabetic?...someone told me diabetes is like binary number it can be 0 or 1 only...u may have diabetes or not..nothing in between...so am i diabetic now?

Just do regular walking, exercise. Recheck after 6 months if family history of diabetes present
