Precordial pulsations but echo normal

Visible and Palpable pulsations in left 2nd(outward thrust)  and 3rd(inward) intercostal spaces in supine position. Echo, ecg, and chest pa normal. Bloodwork show subclinical hypothyroidism, elevated uric acid and b12 deficiency RVSP = RAP + 20 Trivial tr & trivial pr. No other symptom except for mild sob on exertion. Is there anything to worry?

Hello, Seeing precordial pulsations is common in young adults particularly if you are lean. Since echo is normal there is nothing to worty about. Take care
