Need help with health and food for a school going kid -before , during and after school . Kindly suggest good food options for non vegetarians for ... Breakfast, snacks ,lunch, after school and dinner. Also healthy habits.

No specific diet is required. Just ensure 3 balanced,healthy meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet. For non vegetarians,give red meats and eggs 2-3 times a week. Also milk and milk products equal to 500 ml a day are sufficient.
