Hi doctor, We are trying for a baby.Can you advice about some pre-pregnancy care that should be taken? Can I take folic acid tablets without consulting doctor. Thank you for your help and time.

Yes u can start tab folic acid 5mg once daily after food. Also it would be a good advise to hv a preconceptional counselling including baseline blood tests and ultrasound done for you and few tests for husband too. U cn connect directly with me online for the same
