Can anybody  take folvite 5mg take as pre pregnancy process .and also necessity of iron before pregnancy

Yes if you are trying for pregnancy it's better to start folic acid...iron tablets are not necessary right now unless you have Anemia... connect with me on consult for detailed consultation

It  is  adviced in prepregnancy period for its  useful  effects on  pregnancy. If you are  anaemic, u  need to  take Iron.
