I'm not sure if I could be pregnant from pre-ejaculate, as there was no contact with semen, and my boyfriend did not masturbate prior to us being together. We did not have sex, he only grinded on me with his pants on, and I sat on his legs. We both didn't feel any exchange of fluids, and this happened one day before my period started. Should I take emergency contraception, like a Plan B pill, or am I worrying too much? Again, there was no ejaculate involved, only pre-ejaculate.
