Sir. मेरा लड़का 2 साल 6 महीने का हे. और दोनो कानो मे preauricullar sinus हे. जो 2 महीने पहेले पास हो गया था. मैने Aiims रायपुर मे ले गया. और dr ने चिरा लगाके पास निकल दिया, लेकिन वो घाओ अभि तक नही सुखा, अभि हमने कोलकाता मे दिखाया था तो dr बोल रहे हे , yeh नही सुखेगा जब तक अपरेशन नही होगा.. अब मे किया करू? Aiims Raipur के खिलाफ़ केस करू? कि अपरेशन करवा लु.

Both the doctors are right.preauricular sinus abscess should be drained if not improved  after conservative management..then surgery is recommended.
