My wife got pragnent and we dont want baby right now. Periods delayed 10 days and she had a medicine which allowed periods to flow but it was just the story of one day. Periods disappeared the other day and are not yet coming. She is suffering from health issues such as vomitting and pain too. Need to determine the problem and solution

Do pregnancy test and ultrasound to rule out continuation of pregnancy.if needed gyne examination.
