I think it must be vitamin and iron supplements Which should be okay Since u are 14 weeks pregnant I would apprise u for the assessment on lines of chromosomal evaluation In form of nt nb scan and dual marker test which should hv been done at 11-13 weeks If not done already you can opt for quadruple test though less sensitive than the above ones Also would like you to consult at clinic with all ur prior reports Clinic address can be taken from website or through my Facebook page by name of Dr Priyanka Suhag
