My semen analysis report I attached plz help me why we r not having baby , my wifes lower abd report is normal n period is also coming normal plz tell me what to do

if your marriage life is more than 1 yr without use of any method of contraception you both should be investigated.First your report is Appears normal as per you posted,Secondly your wife's some report should be done like:-blood report on 2nd/3rd day of period to find out level of certain hormones,HSG on 8th/9th day of period to check falopian tube patency.then sometime you may require IUi.
