Pragnancy after aplastic

I had aplastic anemia at age of 9. Now I am 34 and planing for pragnancy. My hemoglobin TLC and platelates count are normally less. Even I do not have any physical problems. Is there any risk of having pragnancy due to historical Aplastic Animia. Thanks
