PPP on the penis

Hi, I have ppp problem on my penis surrounding penis head. I have some pimple like structures on my penis shaft which is irritating sometimes but not painful. I have never done sex till now so I feel this ain't be STD. I'm cut but I don't feel it is the reason for PPPs. Please help me to figure out what's this and please give your feedback on this symptoms. I am worried. Please give your advice. Thanks.
