PPI(Rabeprazole) for Silent reflux

Can silent reflux cause Postnasal drip and earache ( suffering from 2 years). I get relief after taking rabeprazole, but when i stop it again pain starts, do i have to take PPI for whole life?

The ears also drain into the back of the nose via the Eustachian tubes, so occasionally LPR can cause problems with blocked ears. Yes Rabeprazole can relief it, but recurrency may be occur . please avoid alcohol, caffeine and spicy food. don't take heavy meals. take plenty of water. take little food in a time and take food every 2 or 3 hours gap. take balance deit. take proper sleep at list 6 hours in suitable positions mostly your left side . after dinner don't sleep soon , you should walk at least 15 to 30 minutes then go to sleep.
