Potts Spine Resurface ?

I was diagnosed with potts spine disease in May 2016 and took medicine till December 2017. My doctor did regular MRI and blood test and finally informed me that I am completely cured. Since today morning i am having this acute pain in while trying to turn my head on amy side. Can help me confirm potts spine won't resurface so early because I have not been having any prominant pain or anything since December 2016.

This looks like a sprain However if pain persists consult orthopedician or neurosurgeon
