I am having spots and different sizes in both of my eyes. Can vitrectomy clear some or all of these spots?

spots where? if in vitreous and all medical treatments have  failed   if in retina or choroid ,their position  will  decide the line of treatment. so without complete reports it's  difficult to advice.
