Hi in Tifa scan 21 weeks pregnant I have posterior low lyne placenta 1.82 cm away from internal os,cervix measured 3.10 cm in length internal os closed so any bed rest needed or not

You have to be careful till the placenta migrates upwards. Absolute bed rest not required.
