My friend had casual sex for the first time... After she had it she had a tubular skin type structure just above the vaginal opening. In such a case what should she do..??

Sometimes due to forcefully intercourse causes it so don't worry consult to gynecologist and take medicine and some ointment for local application and till healing don't meet.
