My brother has taken covishield vaccine before 10 days. He has  weakness and also nerve pain at joint from five days. Plz suggest some medicine

Post vaccination these types of symptoms are common. Make sure your brother don't covid infection at present. You can start tab paracetamol 500mg 1 tab sos (if not allergic) and multivitamins 1 tab once a day.
