Hello Doc, I took covishield vaccine yesterday afternoon and since night i am having a lot of fever around 103 degree Celsius. I have taken paracetamol but not much of a difference. Fever again comes back. Also. , I am on regular anti depressants. Should i take dolo 650 or some other tablet for fever.?? Please advise. I want to be fine.

Can take Dolo but dosage should be as per tour body weight. There are other medicines if fever is persisting.
