I recently had palpitations, took 2d echo it was normal and doctor said it was anxiety, but I am not able to control my anxiety. I have fear something will happen to me in the night time. I want all my family members beside me only. I'm getting scared to go out also. Right now I'm using my etizola beta 0.25 mg only when I get anxiety. I'm feeling very weak all the time. I have a 9 months old baby. Please help me in getting rid of this.
